And then were none: a strategy whydunit

It starts like most strategy conversations do, with too much data, too many narratives, and an illusion of clarity. But as each layer is peeled back, what seemed certain begins to fall apart. This “whydunit” follows that unraveling, where assumptions are questioned, signals are separated from noise, and clarity is not presented but revealed.
