At stotio, we know that stories take unexpected turns—and so do plans. Here's how we handle changes, cancellations, and refunds with clarity and fairness.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription or service booking within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours are not eligible for refunds, but you may reschedule your service for a later date, subject to availability.

To cancel, email us at support@stotio.io with your payment details and booking reference.

Refund Policy

  • Full refunds are available if cancellation is made within the 24-hour window.
  • If a service is not delivered as promised or if a technical error occurs, we will review and process your refund promptly.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

Customized content templates, personalized coaching sessions, or storytelling workshops that have been initiated or completed are not eligible for refunds.
